Washington Terrace is a small Weber County city south of Ogden that began as wartime housing built in the 1940s for workers at the area's defense installations. Today it is home to Ogden Regional Medical Center and borders Riverdale and South Ogden.
Much of the housing is compact single-family homes from the 1940s through the 1960s on modest lots, many updated over time, along with some apartments and newer infill. The city's small, largely built-out footprint means listings are limited and often priced below the surrounding bench cities.
